Delivery

The true strength of ATC Italia is the customized delivery service to customer.

1. Kitting:

   We create a custom kit that is assembled and shipped as a single unit.
   The composition of specific kits reduces dramatically the possibility of error and the feeding time of the line, ensuring the traceability of all components.
   
   

2. JIT:

   We deliver directly to the production line working as a distribution system that provides small batches of items only when they are needed.
   
   

3. Kanban:

   The delivery is operated directly to the customer’s shelf by an automatic reorder system.
   Factory inventories are organized in trays filled by ATC Italia and emptied by the customer. Once the operator finds the empty tray, she/he reads its bar code generating automatically the restore request to system.
